10 years ago, The Yard opened its doors to makers, artists, and small businesses that made it what it is today. Our tenants are the reason this place is special, so we’re throwing them (and you) a free, all-afternoon block party in the heart of St. Elmo: live music, local makers, art in the making, and some Bevy’s on us. Come meet the businesses that are now not all that small, and help us kick off the next decade!

EVENT ITINERARY

1 - 5 PM

Austin Flea has been featuring local, handmade, and vintage vendors in Austin since 2008. Hand picked for each show, guaranteeing you the best local selection. 30-40 local vendors tents, and will be located on Retail Row from 1-5 PM

Austin Flea - Vendor Market

The Butcher’s Crew, 8 talented muralists, will be live painting. Watch and hang out while they paint. They will be located behind the THC Lounge and the Spokesman Alleyway from ( 1-5 PM )

Heck NO. We just wanted to throw a party, but please go support the businesses before, during, and after the event :)
If you are partaking in the free drinks that are provided, please do NOT take those inside any of the businesses.
You CAN walk around with your free beverage outside, within our event boundary.
You can NOT take open drinks purchaced inside a business outside of that business.

We will be occupying the parking lot along the retail row to throw this shindig! So here are some alternative options

- Padel Club Austin Dirt Lot
- Pins Mechanical Parking garage ( Paid parking)
- Along E St. Elmo Rd.
- Along Industrial Blvd.
- Laz Parking - 4201 S Congress Ave (Paid Parking)
- Consider Carpooling Or Ridesharing (especially if you intend to partake in the free Bevys)
